A semi-collegiate public research university founded in 1965, one of the plate glass universities of that era. Its main campus sits above Canterbury, with a second campus at Medway, and it has long-standing strengths in European studies, the arts and the sciences.
Both direct entry and foundation or pathway routes are available here. If your grades or English score fall short of direct admission, the pathway route is a genuine alternative to waiting a year.
