Why come

Three ways the fair works for you

Instead of waiting weeks between an application and a reply, a few hours here gets you clear answers from the university representatives and GESCO advisors: what your options are, and what your next step is.

01

An admission decision on the spot

Bring your transcripts and certificates and let the university representatives read your file and tell you which courses your grades actually reach — that evening, not weeks later.

02

A scholarship conversation with the university itself

Ask directly what scholarships and discounts exist and what your grades qualify you for. Most scholarships reduce tuition rather than cover everything, so the details are the whole answer.

03

A free session with a GESCO advisor

Talk to one of our advisors about which universities suit your grades and your budget, and which do not. You leave with a shortlist and no obligation to apply through GESCO.

Who it is for

Come if any of this sounds like you

  • You are in your final school year — Tawjihi, IB, SAT or an international curriculum — and you have to choose.
  • You are finishing a bachelor’s degree and looking at a master’s abroad.
  • You are aiming at medicine, pharmacy or engineering and need to know the degree will be recognised at home.
  • You applied last year and did not get the place you wanted.
  • You are a parent who wants the real numbers on tuition and living costs, not a brochure.

What to bring

  • Your academic transcripts and certificates
  • Your English test result, if you have one
  • Your ID
  • The questions you actually want answered

You do not need an IELTS score to start, and you should not bring passports or bank statements — those come much later, once a shortlist is agreed.

Questions

Before you come

Is entry really free?
No fee. Entry is free and open to everyone. Registering in advance only means we know your subject and level before you arrive.
Do I have to register to get in?
No. You can come without registering. Students who register are contacted before the fair and have their file looked at in advance.
What should I bring?
Your academic transcripts and certificates, and your English test result if you have one. You will not need any other application documents at this stage.
Which universities will be there?
The full list of exhibitors is on this page. If the university you have in mind is not on it, message us on WhatsApp and a GESCO advisor will go through your options with you.
Can I really get an admission decision that evening?
University representatives assess students on their transcripts and certificates. What they can offer depends on the university and the programme.
I do not have an IELTS score yet. Is it worth coming?
Yes. A score is not needed to begin, and many universities issue a conditional offer that you meet later. Some accept their own internal test or a pathway route instead.
Will my degree be recognised when I come home?
Yes. Every university we work with and send students to is accredited in our country.
Can my parents come with me?
Yes, and it usually helps. A good deal of the conversation is about tuition and living costs, which is exactly what parents come to ask about.
Am I committing to anything?
No. You leave with a shortlist of the universities that suit you and no obligation to apply through GESCO.

Two evenings. More than 25 universities. Free.

14 and 15 October 2026, 17:00 - 20:30, at the Landmark Amman Hotel & Conference Centre.
