We started in Amman in 2007 with one office and a handful of UK universities. Today we run four offices and place students into 25 destinations.

OUR STORY

We only grew where our students went

GESCO opened in Amman because Jordanian students were paying agents in other countries to do a job nobody was doing properly at home. The London office came next, because our students were already there and needed someone on the ground. Kuwait and Doha followed the same logic.

That is still how we decide what to offer. If enough students need it, we build it. If they do not, we do not sell it to them.

A message from our co-founder

When we founded GESCO, the goal was simple: to help students find the right opportunities, and to make studying abroad easier and more trustworthy for them and their families.

The company has grown a great deal since then, but that purpose has never changed. We have always believed that every student deserves honest advice, personal support and proper guidance when they are making one of the most important decisions of their life.

I am proud of how far GESCO has come, and prouder still of the people who have made the journey with us. Our growth across the region, and the relationships we hold with our students, their parents, their schools and our partner universities, are what make GESCO what it is today.

There is still a great deal we want to accomplish. My vision is to keep building GESCO into a name families across our region trust in international education, and to open more opportunities for students from this part of the world.
