University representatives assess students at the stand. Bring your transcripts and certificates and you can be told where you stand that evening, rather than waiting weeks for a reply.

A scholarship conversation with the university itself

Ask about scholarships and discounts directly, and find out what your grades and situation would actually qualify for. Most scholarships reduce tuition rather than cover everything, so the detail matters.

A free session with a GESCO advisor

We will tell you which universities are realistic for your grades and your budget, and which are not. You leave with a shortlist and no obligation to apply through us.

Who it is for

Come if any of this sounds like you

  • You are in your final school year — Tawjihi, IB, SAT or an international curriculum — and need to choose.
  • You are finishing a bachelor's degree and looking at a master's abroad.
  • You are aiming at medicine, dentistry, pharmacy or engineering and need to know the degree will be recognised at home.
  • You applied last year and did not get the place you wanted.
  • You are a parent who wants the real cost of a year abroad explained, not just tuition.

You do not need an IELTS score to start, and you should not bring passports or bank statements — those come much later, once a shortlist is agreed.

Entry is free either way. Registering means we know your subject and level before you arrive, so the advisor you meet has already looked at your case.

We do not share your details with anyone outside GESCO. Do not send passport or bank information through this form.

Before you come

Is entry really free?
Yes. Entry is free and open to everyone. Registering in advance only means we know your subject and level before you arrive.
Do I have to register to get in?
No. You can come without registering. Students who register are contacted before the fair and their file is looked at in advance, so the conversation on the evening starts further along.
What should I bring?
Your academic transcripts and certificates, and your English test result if you have one. Passport, financial evidence and references come later, once a shortlist is agreed. Do not bring or send bank statements at this stage.
Which universities will be there?
22 universities are confirmed so far and more are still being added. If a particular institution matters to you, ask us on WhatsApp and we will tell you whether they are coming.
Can I really get an admission decision that evening?
University representatives assess students at the stand and can give you a decision there, provided you bring your transcripts and certificates. What they can offer depends on the university and the programme.
I do not have an IELTS score yet. Is it worth coming?
Yes. A score is not needed to begin, and many universities issue a conditional offer that you meet later. Some accept their own internal test or a pathway route instead.
Will my degree be recognised when I come home?
That is decided by the authorities in the country where you intend to work, not by the university and not by us. For medicine, dentistry, pharmacy and engineering it determines whether you can register and practise at all. We check the position for the specific institution and programme before you apply, and that check is free.
Can my parents come with me?
Yes, and it usually helps. A great deal of the conversation is about the real cost of a year abroad, which is roughly double tuition once living costs are counted.
Am I committing to anything?
No. You leave with a shortlist and no obligation to apply through GESCO.
