About the university
A leading Spanish technical university in Valencia, strong in engineering, architecture and design, entered here through a Spanish-language pathway that combines language preparation with degree entry.
We apply here for direct entry. Entry requirements vary by programme, so the first step is a review of your transcripts and English score against the specific course you want.
Tuition, entry requirements and intake dates differ by programme and change each year. Ask us for the current figures for the course you are considering rather than relying on published averages.

Entry requirements
International students enter Spanish bachelor degrees through UNEDasiss after passing their home country's secondary school (baccalaureate) studies.
Students from countries outside the EU without an agreement must complete accreditation plus legalisation and homologation of their diploma through UNED and the Spanish authorities.
International students do not sit the Spanish PAU; the Specific Competence Tests (PCE) are voluntary but strongly recommended, since a diploma from a non-agreement country alone counts for a maximum of 6 out of 14.
Teaching is mostly in Spanish, so applicants from non-Spanish-speaking countries must prove Spanish at B2 level with an ACLES-recognised certificate.
Pre-registration for Valencian universities runs from mid-June to early July, choosing up to 20 degrees in order of preference.
UPV is a public university with prices set by the Valencian government; for non-EU students without legal residence the price per credit is multiplied by 2.
