Common Questions
Do you charge students?
No, our core counselling and application services are completely free for students. We are officially funded by global partner universities to assist international applicants.
Can you apply to several universities at once?
Yes, you can! We recommend applying to 2-3 universities to maximize your chances of acceptance. Our advisors will help coordinate and track all submissions.
What if my IELTS score is too low?
Don’t worry. We offer dedicated IELTS preparation support, and some partner universities accept internal English tests, medium of instruction (MOI) waivers, or pathway programs.
How early should I start?
Ideally, you should start planning 6 to 12 months before your intended intake. This leaves ample time for university deadlines, scholarship applications, and visa processing.
Do you help after I arrive?
Absolutely! Our support doesn’t end at landing. We assist with airport pick-up, accommodation search, local orientation, and linking you with our alumni network.
What happens if my visa is refused?
In the rare event of a refusal, we analyze the rejection letter, assist you in rectifying any issues (financial proof, SOP, etc.), and file a re-application or appeal.
