SERVICE

Student visa support

OVERVIEW

What this covers

Almost every refusal we see is preventable. The student was eligible, the offer was genuine, and the money was there. The file was simply put together in a way the embassy could not accept.

Financial evidence is where it goes wrong

Most destinations require you to show first-year tuition plus a set living cost figure. What catches people out is not the amount but the conditions: how long the funds must have been held, whose name the account can be in, what a sponsor must provide, and which documents the embassy will and will not accept.

A bank statement that is technically correct but shows the money arriving three days ago will be refused. So will a sponsor letter without the right supporting evidence. We prepare this to your embassy’s current requirements, not last year’s.

Requirements differ by nationality

Two students with identical offers to the same university can face different document lists depending on their passport. We build the pack for your nationality and the specific mission you will apply through.

Interviews and credibility

Some destinations interview applicants, and the questions are about credibility rather than knowledge: why this course, why this country, what you intend to do afterwards, how the study is funded. We prepare you for the real version of that conversation.

What we will not do

We do not guarantee visas, and you should be wary of anyone who does. The decision belongs to the embassy. What we will do is tell you honestly if we think an application is unlikely to succeed, before you pay a fee for it.

QUESTIONS

Common questions

What is the most common reason a student visa is refused?

Financial evidence that is technically sufficient but presented incorrectly: funds held for too short a period, the wrong account holder, or documents that do not match what the embassy expects to see. Almost all of it is preventable.

Do you guarantee a visa?

No, and be careful of anyone who does. The decision belongs to the embassy. What we do is prepare the file to their exact current requirements and tell you honestly if we think an application is unlikely to succeed.
