Entry requirements
Applying from Jordan
SAT
SAT is accepted with a minimum of 1000/1600 for most programmes and 1200/1600 for Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmacy.
Exam validity
School-leaving exams such as Tawjihi have no validity limit, while university entrance exams (SAT, TR-YÖS) and language tests are valid for two years.
English proficiency
English-taught programmes require proof of English such as TOEFL iBT 84, PTE 71, CAE grade B, YDS/YÖKDİL 70 or 70/100 on the university's own exam; otherwise students take a one-year preparatory class.
Turkish programmes
Turkish-taught programmes require Turkish at B2 level or above, confirmed by a recognised TÖMER or Yunus Emre exam.
Evaluation
Applications are reviewed by the International Student Evaluation and Admission Commission, which may interview candidates; meeting the minimums does not guarantee a place.
