Applying from Jordan
Diploma and transcript
High school diplomas and transcripts must be in Turkish or English, or translated by a sworn translator and notarised.
Equivalency certificate
Students need an equivalency certificate showing their diploma is equivalent to a Turkish high school diploma, ideally obtained through the Turkish Educational Attaché office in their home country.
English proficiency
Accepted English results are YDS/YÖKDİL 90, TOEFL iBT 80, PTE Academic 60, or CPE/CAE grade C, FCE grade B; otherwise a score of 55 on the university's Pearson Versant test is needed, or students join the fee-paying English Preparatory Program.
Turkish-taught programmes
Students joining the Islamic Studies and Law programmes must hold a C1-level TÖMER certificate.
Payment at registration
International students with partial or no scholarship must bring a receipt for one semester or one year of tuition on registration day.
