Entry requirements
International students can apply under the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) rules for students from abroad.
Applicants apply online with their passport, diploma, transcript and a photo.
After a conditional acceptance, a USD 1,000 deposit (deducted from tuition) secures the seat and the official acceptance letter for the visa.
The deposit is refunded only if the visa is refused, with documents from the Turkish embassy or consulate, or if no acceptance letter can be issued because of the quota.
Students complete enrolment on campus with their original documents and then apply for a student residence permit.
